Absolute rip-off artists I brought my son's car there a year ago they fixed one thing I walked out and the muffler pipe fell off I drove back immediately and he said oh yeah maybe when we put it on the lift and charge me another $299 to fix that I brought my wife's car in a year later different manager I thought maybe I'd get some honesty big mistake loud thumping from the left side front he said that it was the control arm the upper control arm in the lower control arm on the right I changed the brakes because they were sounded like metal on metal $1,800 I drive the car off the lot the thumping continues and the brakes still sound like metal on metal I go back in and he tells me I need shocks he fixed the wrong thing I'll be going to small claims court and I'll be making sure that if anybody ever Google's the name of this place my blog comments will be number one result in Google and they will definitely lose business. total utter rip-off artists do not go there
I am replying in response in mr silvermans comment, I can assure anyone that reads it mr Silverman has mistaken better auto repair for another business, better auto repair is a shop run by the owner and operator there is no other “manger” Mr Silverman speaks of, better auto works very hard on keeping customer satisfiyed with there visit at the shop. I came to this auto repair shop to have my brakes done, oil change and inspection. My car shook as I drove and made these godawful noises. John, the owner and mechanic who fixed my car, was very well mannered and made me feel like my car was in good hands. Fast forward, my car was done the same day I brought it in and now my car rides amazingly smoothe and I feel safe. I highly recommend Better Auto Repair! Great service, reasonable rates, and a very knowledgeable mechanic!
